Mitten in Straßburg findet man eine kleine Bäckerei, die sogar sonntags geöffnet ist. Das Angebot war zwar nicht so riesig wie bei anderen Backketten oder Großbäckereien, aber trotzdem findet man für jeden Geschmack etwas (Brot, Brötchen, Croissants, Schokobrötchen, usw.). Bedient wurde sehr flott und ein sehr freundliches und lustiges Gespräch gab es "obendrauf" (Französisch-Englisch-Deutsch).

Une équipe très sympathique. Cela fait deux ans que je vais régulièrement y acheter de délicieux croissants, baguettes, miel et les œufs qu’ils vendent d’une ferme locale. Les pâtisseries comme les éclairs et millefeuilles, les beignets au fromage blanc durant la période de carnaval sont toujours un régal.
